Shipping Olympic Bodybuilding Shipping Policies General Olympic Bodybuilding uses the sophisticated real time USPS shipping calculator system. We offer both express and priority to locations worldwide. At checkout the USPS system generates an exact shipping cost for your order based upon location. This completely takes the guesswork out of shipping for both our customers and our company. Delivery times vary based on location. Most priority mail shipments arrive 2-9 days after being shipped within the continental US. International shipments vary widely. A completely legal order that passes customs can arrive in as little as 4 days virtually anywhere in the world. We have also see customs hold ups that lasted as long as 7 weeks. Our advice is be aware of the laws in your country before ordering so that you are not surprised if your order is slowed down or stopped. We are proud to offer shipping to the men and women of the United States military stationed worldwide for no additional international cost. You pay only the continental US rate. Multiple Warehouse Locations We utilize two warehouses for our company in different cities. We also may have a manufacturer dropship a product to you if we are out of stock. This means that your products could be shipped from multiple locations. If your products do not show up together please do not worry. More than likely they are just coming from different locations. You should give them up to three weeks to arrive depending on the product. In some cases we have no choice but to ship heavy items by freight. Freight companies are notoriously slow and lax about delivery so please take this into account. Feel free to call us if you are concerned and we will happily track your shipment for you. Remember that it is our goal for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we are just as concerned about you getting your products as quickly as possible as you are. Loss Prevention and Fraud Olympic Bodybuilding strives to be a leader in fraud prevention by using multiple loss prevention measures. Olympic Bodybuilding reserves the right not to ship any order that our loss prevention department has deemed suspicious. Occasionally our loss prevention department will detain an order from being shipped until further verification has been obtained. This may include credit, background, and address verification. Olympic Bodybuilding reserves the right to only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to order. Using billing and shipping information that does not match will almost certainly slow your order down. This does not apply to US Military addresses. Olympic Bodybuilding prosecutes fraud to the fullest extent of the law. We have one of the toughest loss prevention departments in the industry and are prepared to prosecute any offense from fraudulent chargeback to multiple credit card fraud. We are proud to say that we have helped put several serious offenders in prison. We consider this action a service to our customers and the industry at large. Local Pickup for Colorado Residents If you are a Colorado resident you may elect to pick up your products at either our office or warehouses. To do so you must place your order by phone and schedule a time to pick it up. Pick up times can vary based upon current stock on hand at the time of your order. Business office hours are from 8am-6pm MST M-S for calls but special pick up arrangements can be set up for most times. Special Information on International Shipping Olympic Bodybuilding is not liable for any issues regarding the delivery of international shipments. There are multiple reasons for this. Within the United States it is possible for us to monitor our couriers closely and the shipments sent with them. This is not true internationally. We have absolutely no control over how the couriers handle your package and therefore cannot be responsible for the package after it has left our warehouse. We advise all of our international customers to use USPS Express Shipping that offers tracking and insurance. This service can be obtained by selecting it at checkout. Another issue with international orders is customs. Again we have absolutely no control over how customs views your order. We are unable to know every possible law in every country. It is the responsibility of you the customer to take into consideration the legality of your order in you country and whether or not any additional credentials are required by your government to import these products. Again we are not responsible for any actions taken after your order leaves our warehouse. Your immediate recourse when problems arrise is with the courier. Secondly with customs in your country. We are unable to help you with additional shipping concerns after your package has left our warehouse. If you order a USPS Priority Mail that does not offer tracking internationally then you will not be able to get additional information on your package from the courier. In all cases we are unable to offer any assistance in any situation where your package is lost or delayed in transit internationally. Replacement orders or refunds are not available under any circumstance for international orders. If your order has been stopped by customs in your country they may or may not provide you with additional information. Sometimes they will stop a package, check it, and then send it on its way to you. Other times they will take only certain items out. Sometimes they will even take items that are perfectly legal in your country for no apparent reason. While we are very sorry to hear of these kinds of situations there is nothing that we can do to help. Acceptance Of Terms Checking out through our website constitutes acceptance of all of our terms and conditions including our shipping policies. If you have not read all of these then please do before checking out. Olympic Bodybuilding is not responsible for assumptions on the part of the customer. For example if you order a product that is illegal in your country and assume that if customs takes it then you will simply file a chargeback and get your money back then you are in for a very serious problem. We have a no tolerance policy to this type of transaction and will aggressively pursue legal actions against you. We are fortunate to have an expert on international business law on staff so do not think that because you are at a remote location that you cannot be found and held accountable for your actions.
