Olympic Bodybuilding Store Policies
Return Policy
- We accept preapproved returns on incorrect items within 7 days of purchase. They must be returned in new, unopened, and re-sellable condition unless defective. We do not warranty or guarantee satisfaction on the products that we sell. If you have a warranty or quality issue you must contact the manufacturer of your product directly for service. The manufacturers that we deal with will be delighted to help you and almost always far exceed the customer's expectations with their solutions. Example "I don't like the way that this chocolate tastes." We may actually agree with you but we have no control over how a company manufactures their product so we cannot guarantee satisfaction of the product itself. This does not however mean that we do not care about your satisfaction with the quality of your product. We also would like you to let us know about any quality issues that you have with your products and how the manufacturers handled your complaint. We are quite serious about this. If you have a bad experience with a manufacturer we may not want to do business with them again ourselves so please let us know. If you are returning a product you must contact us first to get approval and instructions. We do not refund shipping and handling costs under any circumstances. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds are electronic and directly back to the same payment method that you used to check out no exceptions.

Loss Prevention and Fraud
- Olympic Bodybuilding strives to be a leader in fraud prevention by using multiple loss prevention measures. Olympic Bodybuilding reserves the right not to ship any order that our loss prevention department has deemed suspicious. Occasionally our loss prevention department will detain an order from being shipped until further verification has been obtained. This may include credit, background, and address verification. Olympic Bodybuilding reserves the right to only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to order. Using billing and shipping information that does not match will almost certainly slow your order down. This does not apply to US Military addresses. Olympic Bodybuilding prosecutes fraud to the fullest extent of the law. We have one of the toughest loss prevention departments in the industry and are prepared to prosecute any offense from fraudulent chargeback to multiple credit card fraud. We are proud to say that we have helped put several serious offenders in prison. We consider this action a service to our customers and the industry at large.
Local Pickup for Colorado Residents
- If you are a Colorado resident you may elect to pick up your products at either our office or warehouses. To do so you must place your order by phone and schedule a time to pick it up. Pick up times can vary based upon current stock on hand at the time of your order. Business office hours are from 8am-6pm MST M-S for calls but special pick up arrangements can be set up for most times.
Sales Tax
- We are required by law to collect what is known as "common taxes." This means that shipped orders within the state of Colorado must include the sales taxes that the recipients address has in common with our physical address. For 2007 Colorado residents who do not reside in Adams county must pay 4.10% for state taxes. Adams county residents who do not reside in the city of Thornton must pay 4.85% (4.10% State + 0.75% county). City of Thornton residents must pay 8.60% (3.75% city + 4.10% state + 0.75% county). All pickup orders must be handled like any retail location and collect the full 8.60% sales tax.
Anabolic Steroids and HGH

Finally Olympic Bodybuilding does not sell any product that has been deemed by the FDA to be an anabolic agent (i.e. steroid, HGH) regardless of the manufacturer's claims.
Acceptance Of Terms
- Checking out through our website constitutes acceptance of all of our terms and conditions including our shipping policies. If you have not read all of these then please do before checking out. Olympic Bodybuilding is not responsible for assumptions on the part of the customer. For example if you order a product that is illegal in your country and assume that if customs takes it then you will simply file a chargeback and get your money back then you are in for a very serious problem. We have a no tolerance policy to this type of transaction and will aggressively pursue legal actions against you. We are fortunate to have an expert on international business law on staff so do not think that because you are at a remote location that you cannot be found and held accountable for your actions. By checking out you accept all of our policies and conditions and certify that you are an honest customer conducting a legal transaction.
